Craft AI-powered learning experiences, drive product engagement and retention, and grow our community of high school and college students.

About Us

At Maximal Learning, our mission is to empower students to become better learners and gain the skills they need for work and life. We're an early-stage startup led by seasoned industry professionals with extensive experience in both startups and large-scale businesses. We're passionate about leveraging technology and our experience to create meaningful and lasting impact in the lives of students.

What You’ll Do

• Drive AI feature development: Collaborate with engineering, product and design teams to take AI product features from research and ideation through definition, release, and iteration.

• Support model development: Collaborate with the AI team on hands-on work such as labeling datasets, curating training examples, testing outputs, and refining prompts – ensuring quality and precision at every stage.

• Engage our community: Work closely with high school and college students, engaging them to understand evolving student needs and preferences, and co-create meaningful features.

• Conduct market research: Stay ahead of trends in AI, consumer and education technology, as well as pedagogy and AI-human interactions.

• Make data-driven decisions: Design experiments, analyze data, and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and growth.

• Innovate with AI: Develop AI-first product experiences that are tailored to individual students, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
